I have ordered shades from Symphony Shades several times and have had a consistently good experience. For this order, I was notified that the fabric was no longer available but they brought in a fabric for my order that was very similar. Then they expedited my order both in manufacturing and shipping so that I received it in time to take and hang in our rental. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
