General Shipping Policies
- We offer FREE SHIPPING for all new residential shade orders within the Continental USA, and for ALL fabric samples.
- For new residential shade orders outside the Continental USA, and for commercial shade orders, we charge as described below.
- Shipping charges for new orders – if any – are invoiced separately upon order completion and payable prior to shipment.
- Shipping costs for parts or repairs – if any – are described in our Warranty Terms.
- We are happy to provide a shipping cost estimate, when applicable. Simply email [email protected].
- Order completion times are estimated on the product ordering pages, but may vary. Please email [email protected] for a current time estimate.
- When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the UPS (or other) tracking information.
U.S.A. Shipping POLICIES
- We offer FREE SHIPPING within the Continental USA for all new residential shade orders.
- Most orders shipped within the contiguous United States are shipped via UPS Ground.
- Residential orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, and all U.S.A. commercial orders, are charged actual shipping costs.
- We do not charge a packaging or handling fee for domestic orders.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping POLICIES
- We ship all over the world!
- Most international orders are shipped via UPS.
- Delivery times may vary, but are typically 1 -2 weeks for international orders.
- We charge actual shipping costs for international orders, plus a $50 international handling fee due to the special requirements of shipping overseas.
- The $50 handling fee is waived for Canadian customers.
- Customs duties/taxes/fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the shipping company prior to delivery.
