Oops! So your shade doesn’t quite fit? It doesn’t happen often, but when it does… you’ve got protection! We’ll modify your shade to the correct dimensions – free of charge – and you are responsible only for the shipping costs to and from our facility.

Measuring SafeGuard Program

WHAT’S COVERED UNDER THE MEASURING SAFEGUARD PROGRAM?

  • Eligible shades (as described below), upon return to our facility, will be resized or (at our discretion) rebuilt to the new size(s) you provide.
  • Our Measuring SafeGuard program is intended only for resizing residential shades due to mismeasurement. Ordering errors and fabric or component changes are not covered.
  • This program is designed to cover minor measuring errors. Resizing of width or height in excess of 3 inches is not covered.
  • Measuring SafeGuard claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Claims are limited to 4 shades per household. If you are placing a large order and need extra assistance, please consult with a member of our team.
  • Variations within 1/8″ of the ordered measurement are within industry standards and are not covered.
  • Once a shade has been resized or replaced under the Measuring Safeguard, it is no long eligible for additional Measuring Safeguard claims.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility. Resizing your shade(s) is FREE!
